The goals of AMA Bank’s innovative strategy and financial inclusion are to persuade the public to use banking services and to provide access to bank services for rural residents.

The Customer Service Point is the sole entity capable of standardizing banking services for every rural person, and all scheme amounts are processed through Direct Benefit Transfers. The CSP Plus Bank Services are the focus of the Odisha AMA Bank Scheme.
